Dubai Dolphinarium



Hari ni pepagi lagi aku dah ke dapur masak nasi lemak…… plan nak ke dolphinarium. Actually tiket dah terbeli malam tadi kat Sharjah City Centre… haha.. dah beli tiket kenalah pegi. Kul 9.30pg kejutkan Inas dan Fahim…. Siap-siapkan dieorang, bagi makan semua dalam pukul 10.30pg terus bertolak. Kelam kabutlah jugak …. Mase tu memanglah tengah panas terik betul… suhu kat luar cecah 42⁰ tu.





Ikutkan malaslah nak pegi…. setakat nak tengok dolphin & seal show je kan…. Inas pon dah pernah pegi, ikut trip sekolah die…. tapi die doklah cakap berkali-kali nak pegi lagi….. jadinya kesianlah pulak…. So mase menyopping kat Sharjah City centre tu adalah pulak kaunter yang jual tiket ni… pikir-pikir pegi jelah esok lagipon Fahim tak pernah pergi lagi …. tunda-tunda kang takut adik die ni dah keluar…. alamat dok rumah jelah. Ingatkan pegi time sebelom solat jumaat tu tak ramai orang…. Rupa-rupanya ramai jugak. Tapi takdelah sesak sangat…. Adelah banyak juga tempat kosong. Show tu 45 minit je tapi puaslah jugak. Tapi Fahim langsung tak enjoy pon tengok, ingatkan mesti die kagum2 gitu tengok ikan leh melompat semua…. Takdenyer…. die buat hal sendiri je jalan sana sini, main-main kerusi semua sampailah abis show tu…





Mase myhubby pi solat jumaat kitaorang dok dalam kereta je sambil anak-anak makan aiskrim…. Punyalah berbahang. Bila myhubby sampai terus je ajak die pi shopping mall mana-mana nak minum sambil ambil aircond nak sejukkan badan. Memang dah tak tahan panas dah…. kitaorang pilah Dubai mall…. lepas dah kenyang jalan-jalan sikit n balik. Sampai rumah semua tido sebab memang letih betul…. Fahim je tak tido sebab die dah tido dalam stroller mase kitaorang kat Dubai Mall tu. Boleh pulak die main sorang-sorang sampailah kami bangun. Sebenarnya sejak suhu dah semakin panas ni kami jarang kuar rumah waktu siang…. Kalau keluar pon lewat petang atau selepas maghrib….. berada kat luar time panas terik ni badan cepat letihla….


Annual day and graduation ceremony sekolah Inas

Hari khamis lepas sekolah Inas buat annual day sekali dengan graduation untuk budak-budak KG2. Inas took part menari Japanese….. Sangatla excited die nak tunggu hari bersejarah ni sebab dah berlatih lame tarian tu. Tapi die kate die lagi suke menari tarian arab sebab ade gelek2 tu…. Hahaha… aku cakapla… Japanese dance lagi best sebab ade kipas2 tu…. Lagi cantik…

Sebenarnya tak yakin leh pegi sebab aku kan tengah menghitung hari je ni…. Tapi dah rezeki Inas… dapatla mama die ni tengok die atas pentas. Memang harap sangat dapat pegi…. Yelah… inilah sekolah pertama Inas dan die takkan bersekolah di sini grade 1 nanti…. kami bercadang nak tukarkan die ke sekolah lain. So inilah kenangan buat die kan…. Yang penting adelah gambar-gambar yang leh die tengok bile die besar nanti.

Mase sampai tu dewan dah penuh sebabnya datang lambat…. Apa taknya…. Dah nak kuar rumah barulah myhubby call sekolah tanya kat mana dewan, boleh?!!….. tapi sebab aku kan hegeh-hegeh jalan dengan perut besar ni maka dapatlah keistimewaan… siap ade orang tolong carikan tempat duduk yang strategik lagi. So sepanjang acara tu aku duduk jelah lagipon Fahim nyenyak je tido dalam stroller. Gambar-gambar semua myhubby yang amik. Mase tengok persembahan budak-budak ni satu persatu leh pulak air mata aku meleleh…. Lap-lap kuar lagi…. nasib orang tak perasan sebab semua dok tengok depan kan… terharu okey…. Diam-diam aku kagum gak kat Inas, walaupon die je sorang Malaysian kat sekolah tu tapi die boleh sesuaikan diri…. Kadang-kadang balik sekolah nangis sebab kena buli ngan budak-budak arab tapi takde pon die cakap taknak pegi sekolah…. bile tak sihat pon die merengek nak sekolah… tiap kali die test, resault die selalu wat aku tersenyum… bangga okey…. bulan september ni Inas akan masuk grade 1 di sekolah yang baru…. Harap Inas dapat sesuaikan diri nanti…

39th week


Kandungan sekarang ni dah 39 weeks… still belum nak keluar lagi baby ni… masih larat lagi ke hulu ke hilir…. Hehehe…. tapi lately rase tak berapa selesa sikit sebab selalu je kena heartburn…. Panas je rase kat dada dan tekak… perit-perit gitu. Selalunya time nak tidolah kena…. tu yang susah nak tido. Bile kena tu cepat-cepatlah cari benda-benda sejuk… air ke… buah ke… nak bagi lega sikit. Hari ni ade appointment ngan gynea… kena wat checkup cam biase… bagitaula die pasal masalah ni so die ade bagi ubat minum, ubat tu pulak memang dah siap-siap ade atas meja die…. Selalu kalau ubat-ubat ni kena beli kat farmasi hospital…. agaknya memang biase kot masalah ni, tak tanya pulak tadi sebab nak cepat-cepat gi makan… apa taknya appointment tu kul 8 p.m… aku plak sampai hosp. kul 8.20.. risau plak Inas n Fahim lapar…. so tadi dapat free je ubat itu.

Atasi pedih ulu hati ketika hamil

Dapatkan rawatan bersesuaian bagi kurangkan rasa tidak selesa.

Lazimnya, pedih ulu hati berlaku pada bahagian atas abdomen dan berpunca daripada kandungan perut yang berkaitan dengan saluran pemakanan. Apabila injap kepada salur pemakanan pada bahagian atas perut berada dalam keadaan tenang, ia boleh menyebabkan kandungan perut ditolak ke atas dan punca kepada rasa tidak selesa atau pedih ulu hati.

Walaupun dianggap perkara biasa bagi wanita mengandung dengan kajian menunjukkan lebih 72 peratus daripadanya menempuh pengalaman itu, masih ramai wanita yang tidak mengetahui punca terjadinya sakit pedih ulu hati dan kaedah merawatnya.

Pakar Perbidanan dan Sakit Puan, Datuk Dr. Nor Ashikin Mokhtar, berkata sakit pedih ulu hati biasa menyerang wanita hamil akibat perubahan semula jadi keadaan tubuh dan juga hormon mereka.

"Keadaan hormon yang berubah-ubah memberi kesan kepada perut untuk berasa selesa dan ini ditambah dengan tekanan intra-abdominal daripada janin yang semakin membesar sekaligus akan meningkatkan risiko pedih ulu hati," katanya.

Biryani mandi lagi....



Cerita semalam jugak nih… sebelum pi Deira City Center tu kami gi makan dulu. Pasal dah lame gak tak makan biryani mandi ni kan so rase teringinla pulak. Tapi kali ni nak try tempat lain… Al-Tawasol restaurant… restoren ni memang ramai orang malaysia suke pergi, cuma kami je yang tak pernah pergi… ntahla… sebab dah biase makan kat marhabani restoren tu, senang nak pergi….

Cam biase… order chicken mandy 1 dan laham mandy 1….. tapi kat sini takde juice so pilihan yang ade adalah air tin, mineral water atau laban so kami mintak mineral water sajelah. Tempat makan untuk family cam biaselah dok dalam khemah-khemah tu tapi ade gak family yang makan kat meja…. terpulangla ikut selesa masing-masing. Kami pilih makan dalam khemah, pasal tau jelah bawak budak-budak ni. Servis die cepat dan makanan pon sedap jugak….





Myhubby kate daging kambing die lebih sedap dari restoren yang selalu kami pergi tu... ade gak try rase, memang takde bau kambing.... orang yang tak suka daging kambing sebab bau die tu bole je makan rasenya.







Apapon.... aku suke lagi makan kat marhabani restoren tu sebab nasi die lagi lembut dan sedap + tempat die lagi bersih dan selesa.... tapi pada yang suke sangat laham mandy better makan kat tawasollah sebab cam aku kate tadi daging kambing die lebih sedap.

Semalam punya cerita....

Semalam jelajah shopping mall…. mission adalah mencari skate shoes Inas… ikutkan memanglah nak dok rumah je during weekend sebab dah tak larat nak jalan lama-lama… tapi kan sekarang ni tengah sale sana sini so rugilah kalau tak turut serta memeriahkan shopping mall kan… hehehe… xdelah… sebenarnya lama dah Inas dok mintak skate shoes ni… berzaman dah… saje taknak beli sebab cam bahaya je kalau die pakai kasut tu + harganya pon boleh tahan mahal…. Tapi last week die dah abis 3rd term asessment die so beli jelah… bile mama die ni berpantang kang bolehla die practice benda tu kat rumah.

Mula-mula cari kat Deira City Center sebab ade sale kat shoe city. tapi tengok2 tak banyak pilihan dan saiz Inas tak ade pon…. cari kat kedai sport lain pon takde jugak. Inas dah start buat muke sedih dah… kesian pulak tengok. Pastu teringatla bulan lepas Inas ade belek-belek kasut tu kat satu kedai kat Dubai Mall… time tu die memang nak sangat kasut tu tapi kami taknak beli. So cakap ngan hubby pi Dubai Mall pulakla…. Suh die cari parking yang paling dekat nak ke kedai tu sebab dah tak larat nak jalan jauh2 dah. Nasib senang je dapat parking. Alhamdulillah… memang dah rezeki Inas… kedai tu pulak buat sale up to 50% off... termasukla skate shoe tu… banyak pulak tu pilihan…. So dapatla beli dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan… separuh harga tu… lagi murah dari yang kat shoe city tu… brand yang same. Hepi bukan main budak tu dapat kasut yang berbulan2 die dok mintak. Memang trendla budak2 pakai skate shoes sekarang ni… sebab dah malas nak menapak…. Lepas tu kami pi solat dan makan kat food court… mission accomplished…. Balik…..

Sampai-sampai je rumah... Fahim yang try dulu kasut tu.... tension je kakak die...


Eh! Lupa… mase kat Deira City Center tu sempat jumpe kak Anis ngn Salwa. Dieorang kan selalu melepak kat rumah kami bile datang Dubai… tapi kali ni dieorang dok hotel sebab dieorang kata taknak kacau aku yang dah sarat ni…. Hrmmmm… tak ape2lah kak Anis… takat nak melepak dan tumpang tido takde susahnye…. Tapi bulan depan dieorang janji nak datang rumah tengok baby…..

Tentang Petai....

Ari tu kan masak petai... so kepada yang belum tau meh baca nih... kebaikan memakan petai...

In Holland, for example, pregnant women eat petai to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Petai can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer, tryptophan.

Smoking:
Petai can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress:
